There is a talking problem in 95% of my classes.
Somehow, no one knows how to stfu, thus pissing the teachers off to a great extent which they punish the WHOLE CLASS FOR.

There are always two girls or a girl in my class that constantly fucking talks. Bless her heart that she TRIES to whisper.. But her voice is so FUCKING LOUD that even whispering wouldnt help.
Teachers dont give a shit if you talk. Teachers will still teach.
But its fucking hard to listen when u have murmuring in the classroom...
Then if she knows the answer to a rhetorical question, she jumps up and screams OMG I KNOW THE ANSWER :D!
It's fucking college. Don't act like youre fucking 12...
I hate girls like that in my class. and she always happens to sit near me each class I have her...
