Agree'd - though there is ONE exception I make to that: When you deal with a namechanging micspammer whom obscured his real name making it impossible to mute.

^If everyone in the server wants someone to be quiet, wouldn't it just be better for someone to ask them to BE quiet?
Besides, what if they are busy playing and doing something? They would be forced to either hear their voice or let themselves be killed.
Sure, the explosion was a tiny bit unnecessary, but isn't one of the rules to listen and do what admins tell you to do?
