Barely know him because hes inactive on the forum and I've never been in game with him.
When I have heard him talk and stuff, He seemed nice, But I can't +1 yet.

At any rate, I have played with shimmuh severa times since his return. He is very level headed and calm. I do feel that he can handle being a vip, although he probably won't get it this time (because people haven't played with him much yet).

Moo:
necrulys old and i gave him extra time, he only needs +2 vips or +1 admin and victory
