A problem with regulars application.

Aside from Regulars giving poor judgement and making some situations difficult for VIPs, they DO have rank over guests in the server, and a LOT of them give a very bad impression on the server, which discourages people from playing.

This is my problem.

Being reg On build is essential.
There is no point playing build if you are a guest.
And you people keep -1, urr I dun know who this guy is never played with him.
Well play on build more.
Its next to impossible to get approved if your a build player.

I haven't seen anyone -1 for not knowing someone lol.
On VIP apps maybe, but not on Reg.
