I think it is easy to get reg. I mean, I've been away for like 5 months, came back and applied for reg, and it go accepted ._.
I think that there should be more Vip/Admin votes, due to most of the time the voters are the players friend and they can be mingey/annoying and more. Even the applicant himself. I'd like to suggest that at least 1 or 2 Vip's +1 and an admin, with a certain amount of regular players.
