I was walking, someone started getting shot by m16, and turned out to be T. Decided it was rdm or something, so I said I would check logs. ended up just being a massive rdm by this dude.
He also rdm'd someone else next map with his low karma and left when Peetah came.

I don't think Skillz was hacking...
If he was hacking, I don't think he would go ahead and kill innocents.
