Try to use smoothing and loop cuts to smooth edges. It looks a little blocky, but it's good for a begginner. Also, enable smoothing so that it looks well....... smoother. Use bevel on the grip aswell. Sorry if I'm lecturing you, but I've used blender for a long time.

I just can't texture for shit. Blender is a very good tool, but I use the older version ( 2.45 ). It's much easier to use.
Oh yes, if ya want that G36 for any reason dl the file and get the .nif scripts plugin to import it. Use it however, just give credit.
