Lol so my dad was at his job, when suddenly he sees  a mother duck crossing the street with her 12 Ducklings, he watches them closely when suddenly a huge truck comes and runs the mother duck over!!!! D:, my dad said as quoted "HOLY SHIT I GOTTA DO SOMETHING!!!!" he runs to the street with a box and scoops up all the ducks into it :D
3 Blonde ducks the rest are black...
Now i habe em here :) im going to take care of them and keep them as pets (im reary good with pets :D)
I do have pictures, im about to upload them on to Photobucket so stay tuned lol

All though, I think you should consider taking them to a shelter/farm.

They would have a better habitat there.

I know chicks can be independent of their mother a couple hours after they're born.
Not entirely sure about ducklings.

Contacting a shelter would be a good idea.

If you honestly want a duck as a pet, it'd take a lot more work than say, a parakeet.
