Avoine Hax?

K so was playing TTT, I see Avoine on and he's just raping everyone :l.
Won every time he was traitor. I didn't think anything of it...
But then I realized he was only getting headshots... and when I spec him he locks onto heads without recoil.
Or at least it appears that he does.

Most people don't think people can hack on TTT, I wasn't sure if this guy was actually hacking either, or just played way too much CoD. So... I look on his profile. All shit about hax.
I also recorded a demo of him, but it doesn't have too much on it because some respected kicked him before I could get anything better...
But in the demo you can clearly see he locks onto heads and has practically no recoil on mac10.
Unfortunately, I was watching him do the same thing earlier with para which made me think he was hacking, and even with para he got all headshots... but I didn't get that recorded :/.

Anyways... this would be a report but I'm not 100% sure it's hax, so I figured I'd let everyone state their opinion first rather then making a thread "Avoine hax, ban now bai".
