Now, there have been numerous rumors and reports that the members of RnD Have been DDoSing our server. i came here to figure out whether or not this is true, And if so, to find out the reason why this is happening. Can any of you shed light on this topic?

I gotta call into question these reports - where they get the info to make such assertions, etc.

Okay, (D)DOS stands for (Direct) Denial of Service which basically sends fake packets to the target (servers) flooding it, which in result can crash it or make it epically lag.
