Teens with Social Anxiety Disorder/ Successful people with social anxiety Part 1

I just realized that I have a form of this... I never realized that something was wrong, I just figured that the anxiety that I got was normal. Now that I'm starting to understand what it actually is, I'm realizing that I've learned to cope with it pretty well, but I do still get quite a bit of it. Anyway, it's pretty interesting stuff if you haven't heard about it, and you should definitely watch some vids if you have time.

ever heard of it? think you have it? anyone actually have it?

I think I have a very minor form of this.

Or maybe I'm just shy and spend too much of my time alone.

moderate, i would think.

sometimes i can put on a brave face

but i've lived the past 7 months at home with my parents, too scared to go out and get a job

Carp:
I went to a party tonight and had to leave when people were showing up because I was getting too anxious.

It took me a long ass time to get a job as well, because I fear that interaction and people judging me.

in the car i always think people are staring at me and judging me, but idk it's hard to explain.

I always over evaluate something that happens that really isn't a big deal when i think about it, but I really can't help it.

Alkaline:
I guess I have a minor form of this.
Except it does not stretch to the point where I do not answer questions others ask.
