Is it only me or does every map in gmod have Mat_fullbright on :/

All maps i play on is on Mat_fullbright.. Especially Hl2 maps :/
 i tried all things but cant think of anything else to do :/  :thumbsdown:  ??? sadfeace

I remember having this problem.. I don't remember how i fixed it.

Tomcat:
in the launch options try +mat_fullbright 0

Captain Communism:
It could mean HDR turned off randomly. (Happens to me occasionally)

Alkaline:

I remember Seb having the same problem, expect everything was freakishly overbrightened.
