Computer problems (better explained ITT)

Seb:
Basically, it's starting up but the monitor is acting like it's not connected (even though it is).
And when I connect my computer and the monitor through a port that's not even supposed to be connected through, it goes all the way up to before it shows the user login page.
This is the first time I've used my own computer in a month only because I've put it in Safe Mode with Networking.

You have PCI/AGP Graphics?
You have onboard graphics?
Try:
Go into bios, find where the GFX/Graphics page is and set it to PCIEx, plug monitor into PCI graphics card
-----------------------------------
@^ set it to Onboard and plug into the onboard slot near the USB slots
-----------------------------------
Go into safe mode and install drivers from the website
