Need help with Hammer Editor

I currently need help with the following

1. Adding ammo crates, everytime i add Pistol ammo it appears as ERROR when in game it looks as SMG Ammo, just wondering how to fix that

2. Adding weapons, i already found where they are stored
Spoiler (click to show/hide)Garrysmod/ Garrysmod/ gamemodes/ Entities/ Weaponsbut i dont know how to make them show up in hammer so that i can place them

3.Making Stairs

4.Adding Armor and or Health

5.Making a sign (Ex. Made by Juan Ambriz)

There is a guy with an excellent hammer guide on youtube, Cable showed me it and it was the most helpful thing out of all the guides
