First I screamed.

Then I was like "Oh... Canada, right"

Then I was like "BUT WHO WILL PROVIDE ME WITH ALL MY VIDJAGAEM VIDESOS (because the majority of that group lives in the USA, and most likely will just 'meh' (because most likely they couldn't be arsed to do anything about it/buy a license for a game they will review and/or play for a short period of time)?"

Mr. Franklin:
A few years back i believe in 2004 there was a bill very close to this, except it included alot more copyright bans. Hopefully it will not get through all of congress and everything else. Bad things will happen if it does get passed.

This guy explains it well

The Evil S.978 Bill Is Coming To Put You In JAIL! Well.. Not Really.

Shawn:
Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing.

In other words its perfectly legal for game walkthroughs/commentary's.

Bill will never be passed.
