I think I saw one, Here it is, it's for ZM though.  http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=93389 but the only problem is I don't think it has a worldmodel, just a playermodel.

i wouldnt exactly make a "weapon" i would attach a dynamic light to a player

Yes but im just saying to be an V10 or w/e server and not *v10 you cant have custom weaponz
