That kid is purposely trolling. And yes, everyone does something wrong in their life, but the moron continues to spam. And users don't make him watched, mods and admins do. He's been told multiple times to stop spamming and bumping with irrelevant, 3 worded crap. But he still keeps doing it. He sorta deserves for it to get dragged on and to make him "suffer".
