Turn TTT Strict On or Higher

It seems to me that when you kill a fellow innocent, u lose like, 200 karma, instead of like, 400 like normally and garry updated TTT
[TTT] Added kill attribution for pushing players into deadly traps and such.
[TTT] Added scope texture for rifle.
[TTT] Added ttt_karma_strict (defaults on), damage penalty increases quicker.
[TTT] Added ttt_voice_drain (defaults off), experimental battery meter for voicechat.
[TTT] Changed C4 beep frequency to depend on how much time it has remaining.
[TTT] Fixed Magneto-stick not respecting FVPHYSICS_NO_PLAYER_PICKUP flag.
[TTT] Fixed exploit letting you throw players who stand on a prop you carry.
[TTT] Fixed DNA sample disappearing when the originating corpse was removed.
[DFA] Fixed all the missing model materials (Sorry!)
Can we turn strict on if its off, or if its on, turn penalty higher to what it orignally was? Since karma penalty is lower, people dont give a shit if its rdm or not.

karma strict is on, and it shows.
Karma penalty for 850 karma is 8%, so it's JUST fine. It's double the amount of damage penalty you'd normally get.
What's your problem with that?

The strict convar is on by default currently.

I think it should be turned off.
Especially on a server with 850 as starting karma, which means you start with a 8% damage reduction.
It has his advantages, but meh.
