US Supreme Court overturns California ban

I know I'm not in California let alone America but

2. You know how these things work, eventually the U.N. or something would want to make a worldwide ban :I

Ban On Children buying Vidja gaem. Retailers get charged $1,000 for each mature/"violent" game sold to people under 18.
It got overturned. Means people under 18 could not but the FUN games. Means eventually ban would spread, possibly cause United Nations and such. Means then people under 18 in the Americas could have possibly also been under the effect of the ban. That would suck, no?

Is it so hard to read the first sentence of the link he posted?
"The Supreme Court on Monday struck down a California law banning the sale of violent video games to children, saying it ran afoul of the First Amendment right to free speech."
Also i support this kind of ban, kind sad it got shot down though :(. reason why i think you should be 18 to buy some games well fuck look at some them with the violence and porn in them (GTA= screw a slut then kill her) I'd rather children not being able to get this kind of content without parent/guardian consent.
Say what you will but some of the games out today has changed society for the worse.
