Cigar smokers

I know cigars aren't meant to be inhaled by as I'm a cigarette smoker, when I first try a cigar I can't help but to inhale. Scratched the crap out of my throat. How can those cigar smokers enjoy it without inhaling?  8)

Easy answer is dont inhale. I dont recommend smoking anything, due to the multitude of cancers you will get...but i do enjoy the traditional cigar
