Natascha isn't cheap.
It's annoying but not cheap.
There isn't really any heavy weapon that's unfair. Except maybe the iron curtain. Shit does way too much damage.

How is the Natascha not cheap..

You get caught in the fire at even medium range, you're dead no matter what.
