this horrible speed is caused by 2  things

1. Bad ISP in the first place
2. Old shitty router mom refuses to replace even though any $90 router would be better


ALSO, even though it says I should be getting at leas 1mb/s I only get 120kb/s dload speed (probably due to the router)

I can't do speedtest

because it takes years to load

okay I managed to get it to run

0.38Mbps download

and

Upload server failed to recieve upload file
