Hotgreensoldier:
So, a while ago I found out that my dxlevel was 8.1 which is why I couldn't see fire particles. I have now changed it to 9.0 to see if it would fix it. At first, it looked like everything was better and the graphics were excellent but then I noticed a few things that were horribly wrong with it...

Sometimes it is WAY too dark to see anything.

In certain maps, some textures glow a extremely bright green and shiny color, which eventually gives me an extreme headache.

There are some others but I do not remember them right now.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It's frustrating how either one I choose causes me to have problems with the graphics..
