So I was browsing a RP servers forum because the server was down. I came across this

Apperently they were DRDoS'ed which is where they use the CoD4 servers to do some wierd shit to the server. I feel that rNd will be dealing with this soon

Reflective DDoS has nothing to do with COD4, it's when you spam spoofed packets so you get spammed, then you send your reply to the second target. In effect, you're making your first target attack the second one.
