Reserved Slots For VIPs?

Admins being unable to join due to VIP's being in the server.

Okay, I really don't see the problem. Even currently Admins don't have a limit to the reserved slots of a server. All it is is that an admin can join a full server no matter what.
I.E. Say there's 15 regular people and one admin in TTT. If another admin tries to join the servers it will make it 14 regular people and two admins. This would continue.
Hence, there can be no slot wars....because admins can get in the server no matter what..
