Why I want to/ should be Regular:
I feel that the Random community needs more members to spread the word (not by spamming IP's though)
I don't troll when someone annoying gets on, instead I follow the rules and mute them. I am a respectful person with consideration for others and would help anyone who really needed it.

I'm afraid to say I haven't contributed that much. I'm no good with making maps, but I COULD convince people why your servers are the best (in my opinion).
