no it doesn't being shot barley hurts (depending where you got hit) in fact its hurts a hell of alot more being shot from a rubber bullet or a beanbag gun because it doesn't penetrate the skin. being put into a chair then having 1000's of volts of electricity going through you is going to hurt like a mother fuck.
