Oh, and do tell me, what type of non-douche want's to shoot down someone just because they have a different opinion on death than you do? Not a lot of things get to me, but when it comes to scenarios like this, I don't think just another prison sentence would help.

Shoot down =/= shooting. When he said shoot down he means to deny or insult someone's opinion. However, I am kind of on Frank's side, but he went about saying it the wrong way.

I wonder what would happen to the victim if the convict didn't die during the rape. Perhaps, the elderly woman would be brutality mudered? And then more unknowing children would fall to the same act?

Honestly, the rapist dying is pretty well a miracle.
