How about this:

A Poll is created with everyone who wants in's names. Everyone votes for one person to be in, OTHER THAN THEMSELVES. Then, the top 5-10 people with the most votes will be included, yes?

PS The Poll would be something like "Vote for whoever you think would succeed in being funny trying to troll an RP server."

I was sort of thinking this.
If 9001 people want to join, it's just going to be chaotic, and will be difficult to manage.

But I think we should have a maximum of 15 people, minimum of 8.
