Mistakes do happen but this is a different story here, Multiple mistakes happened it was a chain of events. and this wasn't a mistake he knew what he was doing before he did it and he also claims he asked he can hack. Theres mistakes then theres just breaking the rules because he wanted to do it for "lols" He knew full well that hes not allowed to do it.
