Why I think I should be VIP:
I have been in rANdOm for a long time. The community and the servers were fun during that time. I play in a time where theres a lack of VIPs in the server so I could help people out when they encounter russians/mingebags.

Why I want to be VIP:
This is by far the best GMod community I have been to, I want to help keep the servers both safe and fun. I will respond to those in need and I will kick/ban rule breakers even if they are my friends or not.

What I will do to rule breakers:
Mass RDM: Voteban
Target RDM: Votekick
Hacker: Call an admin/ Report
Glitcher: Votekick
Being a total douchebag (Pissing off everyone in the server.): Votekick

That's because of different time zones.

Anyways, I've seen him a lot. (I even went undercover to see his behavior) He never broke the rules.

My opinion on Hitman ATM is kinda similar to cogsandspigots, and I don't really feel like saying it all over again, so if you want just go over to cogs' app and see my opinion.

I also remember some instances quite a while back when he was under the name xx(whateverthefuckwashere)xx and he cause some commotion, but that was a fairly long time ago, and I haven't really seen any serious situations since.
I don't really want to go into detail of what happened that time ago, not only because it's not necessary, but because i can't recall very specific details of it so it would be somewhat pointless.

So, I just don't think he's quite ready to be VIP.
Though, it's kind of hard for me to give a strong opinion of him at this point, because I haven't seen him in TTT in a looooong time, and all I have to base my opinion off of him now is from the forums, and on a few TF2 and CSS games.
I'm not sure if that's because maybe he's no longer interested in TTT, or if timezones or different, but oh well.
