It's target RDM is the person does it 3 times to the same person in one map.
At that point I kick.
Unless the person being RDM'd is just shooting everyone, in which case I kick him if he continues it 3 times.

It depends on the VIP/Admin Because if i see a guy just killing people because they have low karma and the low karma people didn't do anything at all I'm going to consider that Target RDM as in only attacking people with low karma, To me target RDM just doesn't fall under "only attacking same person"
