I found like 10$ for the gmod server yes
The rest is hosted on my laptop 24/7 which is now in my closet

I have a usb fan table thingy for it.
It's doing a good job atm and it has been running for like 2 days now without stop and 0 shutdowns cause of heat.
CPU is at like 60% usage for Terraria and Minecraft.
