Ok I seriously need to clarify what is happening
I WAS NOT GLITCHING
I was a detective and I was ID'ing Bodies caught under the elevator. I was then caught under there while DNA'ing the body of the detective.
I admit that I do shoot around people and half of the time I accidently hit someone with a stray bullet. So yes I do admit to the RDM but only by accident.

so going off of this definition we can assume that someone has killed someone with no legitimate reason

going off of that... we can say it was not accidental

With moo's explanation of RDM this means that all that I have been accused of I have not done. I have never RDM'ed anyone under that definition. I have only ever killed when either
A. I had some sort of proof.
B. As defence of either myself or another innocent
What I meant by the past post was that I would accidently hit someone with a stray bullet which causes them to kill me.
