Okay, there's this part in portal 2 where GLaDOS speaks really fast and can't be understood so I have slowed the tempo and a little low pass filter.

I took the file from the vpk pack that was in my portal 2 folder. Feel free to edit the original file to your liking. I only managed to get a few of the words so far so good luck :)
