This is how this works.

RULES
1. Look up and have a look at there signature.
2. Rate it out of 10.
3. Type a comment about it.
4. If they have no signature, call them a noob and hump their chest.
5. Be HONEST! Don't say something if you just don't like the person, or say something good even though its uber bad, because you like them, BUT BE NICE!
6. Don't be afraid of posting again if you have a new sig.
7. NO FLAMING, be nice, even if you dislike them or their sig.

Example:
10/10 I like the effects you used in your sig Crypto, they are interesting. Blah Blah Blah.
Just make sure your comments aren't to short so as not to be considered spam.
