Everyone I am disappoint. xxncxx has repeatedly stated that the main issue was not that gamefreak was mic spamming, but that he was abusing his respected. You guys just keep saying "mute him mute him mute him".

To make shit worse, Gamefreak is trolling the thread up like a big fucking joke. I'm going to go look at the demo.

We don't need everyone and their grandma telling him to mute players using the game list. Keep stuff clear and concise here. So ill just modify all of the spam and useless posts so you guys get an idea of what not to do.

Alright here is the verdict after watching that.

Gamefreak, that votekick was bs and you know it. Kick only for rules posted, not rules you make up.

As far as i can tell, all of you people that yelled at xxncxx and told him that he needs to learn to mute should read the goddamn op. And watch the demo. xxncxx never tried to kick him for that. In fact, gamefreak tried to kick xxncxx for reason "vote no if you like this music". Its a catch 22 and its fucking ridiculous. It's a cut and dry example of respected abuse in motion.

However since nothing came from it, I won't do anything yet.
