SKRUZO:
every time i open steam i get:

Steam.exe (main exception): Cannot open blob archive file:
CMultiFieldBlob(mem-mapped):Failed to open existing file, Win32 error 32
"The process cannot access the file because it is bieng used by another precess"

thats a quote for quote of the error. I hate these mess-ups and i love gmod so if you have any help, plz help me.

2. Restart windows(which releases the process)
