Steam wtf.

I made a new steam acc to buy a game using a visa giftcard

i bought gmod and half life and it said it was successful, i look for the confirmation email and it says its failed because the card was denied, but it took the money out of the card so I only have $5 left.

Send Steam a support ticket

K give me all personal information, including back-accounts and passwords as well as your SSN, a photocopy of your drivers license (or other form of ID) your date of birth and your mothers maiden name. (Send me you Facebook account and password as well).

And lastly an official copy of your birth certificate.


All problems will then be fixed.



But if you don't want to send me all of that, just send a support ticket to steam and let them sort it out.
