hmmmm I dont really remember you but something inside says to give you another chance. But to just say a simple search on google shows a lot of bans related to you involving hacks and stuff. Even though he says he has changed, others have said that before and haven't changed one damn bit.
I am all for second chances, but in this case, nope.
I don't think someone that threatened to hack members, forums and servers of RND, DDoSd it and used hacks on the server should just be unbanned because "he wants to play again".
