Actually, DVDVideoSoft is incredibly simple.

Go pingas dBPowerAMP, and/or GoldWave.

These are the steps for me:
1. Copy youtube link
2. Paste in MP3 downloader
3. After downloaded, drag and drop to goldwave batch convert

And that's it.

Eh, I have Audacity, therefore after opening Audacity,

- I just play the video, recording w/ Stereo Mix option [so it records off the sound card as the video plays]
- save as a 11,025hz, 16-bit wav.

Even simpler.  :D

Again,
Goldwave has batch processing.
Select an entire folder, click one button, and you're DONE.
Beat that.

Meh, I'm accustomed to doing it my way. I find goldwave useful for reducing bass and volume.
