Hacker, rdmer and teamkiller request to ban Mousekiller

I would like to ban mousekiller for hacking rdming and teamkilling please, The reason i know hes hacking is he trys to shoot people trough a wall and as soon as the round starts he kills all Ts people on the server that day all know that hes hacking and rdming he also kills people as innocent i was detective and he killed me and he was innocent i have that in the demo. I cant get him to have his say in this he wont answer anyone i just think hes a real noob because he hasnt even set up a steam profile page!!
