This is freaky. Because last night I had a dream I went to Japan and there was an earthquake. Am I psychic?

Also a Nuclear Power Station did not shut down properly, a Nuclear warning has been issued there as with the power being cut

Yes, my World Civ teacher told us that one of the nuclear power plant had a coolant system failure and so if that doesn't get fixed soon, there might be a radiation leak. Much cancer will spread then  :(

Apparently the nuclear power plant is "under control" by the nuclear association.
I highly doubt that though since 11 additional cores didn't shut down properly and are heavily overheating right now.
