Simple because no vehicles are mentioned in the OP yes their bullets will do jack shit to the soldiers but 100,000 men can simple just stab the 100 soldiers and their dead
Doesn't matter the weapons the soldiers have they will run out of ammo long before the redcoats get killed each soldiers carries about 2 clips on them plus one in the gun so thats 90 bullets per solider 90 x 100 = 9000 assuming they can get one kill per shot they still have to fight 91,000 redcoats...
So now its 91,000 to 100 and the soldiers have no more weapons to use clearly redcoats win.

If I remember correctly from history class, some musket rounds had a diameter over .6 inches. That's not low caliber in any way.
