Since a lot of the times, they are 13/under who don't know how to handle basic situations. Have them play for a while, get a respected system of some sort up first for them to apply under. And they can abuse/piss off other players. If you do have that, at least have them accept some terms and realize it's just a donation on your part. You choose to do it and ect.

Cant tell you what happens when you have paying for admin.

Yeah we're currently getting a respected system in, but will still have donating admins. If they abuse, they get demoted, no refunds.

What a friend of mine did was have two servers,

One a stereotypical darkrp that attracted a lot of youngn's, and a Flood.

The DarkRP let you donate for admin, and his flood made you have to be a respectable player for it.
Basically, he'd leave the DarkRP and let it keep itself alive like a self-sustained ecosystem, that helped pay for the flood. He was also making some nice dough out of it on the side as well ._.
