Not just by countries, but by environment as well. I found people on California to be more friendly than those in New York.

Well when I was touring NYC, a biker got mad at our tour bus cus it was trying to back out of the UN building, and was blocking his way, so he punched the bus many times and flipped us off.

Then in cali, so far most people accepted me in my school even though I am fat. Not many people do that nowadays. It might be cuz it's a Christian School, but idk.
