Step 1: Take nuclear powerplants and cluster at least 4 or 5 together in a small area.
Step 2: Cut funding to nuclear power plants and fire department and destroy all water supplies.
Step 3: Light fire with god tools
Step 4: PROFIT
I made a wasteland once...
I had a city divided by a river and I nuked one side, which became a radioactive wasteland
the other half survived and was actually quite profitable.
the other half had a few houses that were left and crime rates were like 99.99%
mabe i still have the save, let me find disk and see if it's still there (PROFIT)

the entire reason spore was fucked up with all those bugs and the two unfinished (terrain and flora) editors was because EA pushed a deadline on Maxis :/
