Download Teracopy, and use that to move your shit to the other harddrive.
HOWEVER:
If you want to move your games along with Steam, you should reinstall Steam on that drive and then move the .gcf files over. PM me later if you want detailed instructions.

Go to the properties of your steamapps folder, and tell me how big it is.
