Well I just gradually notice a huge difference from when I switched over from XP to 7. Steam used to start up in like 45/minute...even with 3.5 gigs of ram and a quad core cpu. I've only capped 140 max fps in source games. But with 7,

Steam starts up in 10/15 seconds
My gfx card's full dx11 is being used
My full 4gb ram is being used
Pretty much get around 250-300 (300 is the source max fps limit) on most medium detailed maps.
And I can play crysis with Full AA and full settings at like, 30 fps.

300 FPS isn't the max source limit, it's just the default limit. You can change it in console, I thought...
