CUtlLinkedList overflow

First Gmod crashes randomly while I was playing WireBuild... with that message.  :(

I keep having Gmod crash, then pop up with this when I try to join RND WireBuild now.

It only just started happening.. I don't know why.

Anyone have any idea on how I can fix this, or maybe why it's happening?   >:(
